Confidentiality Agreement
printer-friendly version
D&D Mods
and Rods is committed to more than the best tuning and repair in the
business, we also completely understand the world of racing and the
level of confidentiality that is necessary in that world. Our statement
is simple: any and all information regarding your vehicle, from parts
to power levels, will remain completely and totally confidential as far
as
you—the owner—desires.
All Dyno related customer files are created and stored on D&D’s secure
network using a "non name-based" labeling system. That is, all files
saved in our database will be labeled only through a customer numbering
system to further facilitate confidentiality. The information will also
be available to the customer in an electronic form, if desired, with an
option for the shop file to be removed altogether, and all information
would be in the owner’s possession only.
Furthermore,
confidential information will be accessible to only limited employees at
D&D—for instance—the Dyno operator and assistant. |
